Refund and Returns Policy
All sales are considered final.
Please keep in mind our items are vintage and may show normal wear due to age. We do our very best to describe our items accurately. If you feel the item was not described accurately please contact us immediately so we may rectify the situation.
Please note: There may be color variations according to your computer screen, we cannot be responsible for this. If you are interested in an item, but feel you need more information or photos, please let us know!
In the event that a refund is arranged, please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs are included in each item price seen for each listing and therefore shipping will be listed as FREE and not calculated as a line item in the total. In the event of a return, proof of shipping cost will be provided to the customer to verify the shipping cost that will not be refunded.
If unfortunately, your item arrives damaged please send us an email. Every package we ship is sent with insurance and we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final cannot be returned.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please email us for the return shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
